Creative & Event Management
Discover what it takes to plan, coordinate and deliver a meaningful community event or festival.
Work within an established artistic direction while contributing your own creative ideas to help shape the program, audience experience and participatory elements of the event.
Develop practical skills in event planning, logistics, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, front-of-house operations, audience experience and community engagement. Gain hands-on experience working collaboratively with artists, participants and production teams to turn ideas into a live community event from preparation through to delivery.

Stage & Technical Production Management
Discover what it takes to turn an artistic idea into a live performance or experience. Develop practical knowledge of stage management, production coordination, technical requirements, backstage operations and working with artists and technical teams.
Gain hands-on experience identifying and coordinating production needs, from equipment, staging and technical requirements to rehearsals, soundchecks, changeovers and backstage logistics. You will also learn how to develop and work with key stage and production documentation, including production schedules, running sheets, call sheets, technical requirements, stage plans, cue sheets and equipment lists.
