KWABO FEST 2025 - 3 DAY PUBLIC EVENT

Saturday - Community Day

As part of Kwabo Festival 2025 and following Kwabo Performance Night, Community Day is the second public event and a vibrant space where creativity and connection come alive. It is a day to share, reflect, and celebrate the collective journey of the festival through art, dialogue, and community.

The Spoken Word Workshop invites participants to explore the power of rhythm, language, and storytelling, while the Dance Workshop opens a space for movement, expression, and cultural exchange. The Open Mic welcomes spontaneous performances that highlight the courage and authenticity of our community, and the Participants Talk offers artists a chance to reflect on their journeys, sharing insights into their creative processes and sparking meaningful conversations.

More than just a series of activities, Community Day is a collective celebration — where stories are told, cultures intertwine, and the spirit of community thrives. Everyone is welcome to join, participate, and contribute to this shared moment of art, heritage, and togetherness.
