Step into the energy of Kwabo Festival Day 3 at Arts Centre Melbourne! Join renowned choreographer Gracieuse Amah for a high-spirited Afrodance workshop, then take your new moves straight into an electrifying flashmob on the Arts Centre Forecourt. No dance experience? No worries, this is an open call for all to move, connect, and set Melbourne’s heart beating to the rhythm of unity. Children under 15 need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A full day of cultural exchange and connection. Join interactive workshops led by Kwabo mentors and award winning artists Thabani Tshuma (spoken word) and Julie Minaai (contemporary dance), enjoy delicious, culturally diverse food, speak your truth by joining our open mic session, engage in an intimate artist talk with Kwabo participants, and dance to the rhythms of live music.
